While waiting for your rental or before your train, bus or shuttle, stay flexible with our hourly fee (1h to 5h max).

Opposite the train station, ChamLockers is a stone’s throw from the Montenvers station (Mer de Glace), the Aiguille du Midi cable car, the tourist office and the bus station.

Frequently asked questions FAQ
ChamLockers is open every day from 7am to 11pm. Outside these hours, baggage drop-offs and pick-ups are not possible.
You can book a locker for a few hours or for the day, directly at ChamLockers premises (place de la Gare in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. Long-term bookings are done online at chamlockers.com.
ChamLockers offers 3 rental options:
- an hourly fee from 1 to 5 hours maximum
- a day pass, during opening hours from 7am to 11pm
- a long-term rate from 2 to 12 days maximum
The price depends on the size of the locker and the duration chosen. ChamLockers rates start at €1.50 per hour.
- Scan the QR code displayed on the secure entrance door with your mobile phone and enter your number and email address* (*optional).
- You will receive QR code and a secret code by SMS and/or email, to unlock the door and give you access to the booking terminal.
- Follow the instructions on the terminal to choose the rental duration, the size of the locker and make the payment. The chosen locker will open automatically.
Depending on your needs, ChamLockers offers 4 locker sizes for up to 4 pieces of cabin baggage (standard: 55x35x20 cm, 21.5×13.5×7.5 inches). Baggage sizers are available on the premises to help you make your choice.
Payment can only be made by credit card.
- Scan the QR code you receive during drop-off to open the entrance door and access the reservation terminal.
- Follow the instructions at the terminal to confirm that you are collecting your baggage and your locker will unlock automatically.
You can collect your baggage at any time, but you are not entitled to any refund, full or partial, if you collect your baggage early. Any rental period started is due.
In the event of a delay, you will pay for the extra rental time up to the day pass. After 24 hours, your baggage may be considered as “abandoned”*. (* see Terms and Conditions).
You have unlimited access to your locker for the duration of your reservation, subject to opening hours.
Bookings made on ChamLockers premises cannot be changed or cancelled. Only long-term bookings made on chamlockers.com may be cancelled under certain conditions*. *(see Terms and Conditions)
ChamLockers premises are under video surveillance 24/7, and access to the lockers is only possible with the unique codes received at the time of booking.
In case of emergency, a hotline (in French and English) is available from the ChamLockers premises during opening hours.
